Why? For starters it’s a movie that takes place in a cabin, well, in the woods! Sound familiar? Next reason, it was co-written by Joss Whedon whom many of you may know from the Buffy the Vampire Slayer series, Firefly, Serenity as well as lending a hand in the upcoming Captain America: The First Avenger film. Although there is little known about the film itself and its plot, actress Amy Acker who stars in the film, sheds some light as she recently spilled the beans to The SciFiWire: “There’s a lot of scary monsters. It is about a cabin in the woods!” Ok, so far she has stated the obvious, at least in the fact it has something to do with a cabin in the woods. She goes on to say, “It does take from the sort of formula of the horror movie of this group of young kids who go away to a cabin in the woods for the weekend, and everything that happens and what you think is supposed to happen.” Now, the real crappy part of it [...]
